The “Swiss Water Process” is a chemical-free decaffeination method used to remove 99.9% of caffeine from coffee. It’s a complex process but, in short, the green coffee is submerged in hot water to create expansion of the bean. The caffeine is then able to be extracted while leaving behind all the flavor and aromas of the coffee. The result is a delicious cup of coffee that you would never know is decaf unless we told you so!
